In our continuing effort to become one of the best technology companies for small businesses, I have some exciting announcements to make. After years of working closely will Bill Leeman, of Leeman Consulting, Bill and I believe that there are great synergies to be gained by merging the two companies. We both share some of the same values and philosophies; we believe the best interest of the customer is always our best interest; we believe in giving people a fair deal; and we believe we can integrate technology in our client's' business to make their business better. We both are willing to go above and beyond in order to make sure our clients are satisfied and the job gets done.

Bill and I enjoy our work and chosen profession with the same passion. It is not unusual to find us chatting or emailing late at night about  technical challenges and their solutions. We go to the same conferences where we once again find ourselves burning the midnight oil to soak up as much knowledge about technology and its application to our client's  business.

We each have over 25 years of experience in the business -(i.e. we're not kids trying to see if we might like this computer stuff for a while). We are dedicated to our clients and our profession. In over 50 years of combined experience, we have seen a lot of technologies. We know when to, and when NOT to believe vendors. "There is no substitute for experience!" We know what works and what doesn't.
Our "Best Practices" comes from all that experience. Our specialty is to go out where others have failed, clean up the mess. and make it work. We learn what did not work, and add to our knowledge base.

Anyone who knows me knows I like things "done right." Anyone who knows Bill knows he will not stop until he has looked under every technical rock to find a solution. We compliment each other well. I like to think I understand  the type of technology solutions businesses need and what makes sense for them. In all my twenty five plus years in the business, Bill is one of the best I have known for solving technical problems.

By merging we will have more resources to better serve our clients. First, we are leasing office space around LBJ and the tollway, in the heart of our client base.  This will reduce our travel time to many of our clients.  Besides the great location, there are two more advantages. First, our office will be setup with all the technologies we deploy to our clients (i.e. we eat our own cooking).  Second, we will have a formal lab to test different technical solutions and scenarios for our clients prior to deployment.

Besides the new office, we will combine our "Best Practices." While we have been doing this for years, we will now go through and do a more formal merge of our procedures and processes. We are also investing in an application specifically designed for businesses like ours to better track our tasks while making it easier for our clients to make requests, changes, and see the progress of our work. Clients will be able to set priorities as well as have better reporting on what has been done. This means fewer things will "fall through the cracks." All this adds up to more bandwidth to meet your needs in a more timely manner.

This merger is a first step in our process to better serve our clients in an efficient and professional manner. Stay tuned as we bring our resources to bear in bringing the most cost efficient solutions to our clients.

All this adds up to a win-win situation for everyone involved—and that's the only way we do business.
